Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One location and up to three screens, with no credit card and no expiry. You pay only when you need more.
What counts as a location?
One physical address. A café with three screens is one location; two branches are two locations.
How is Growth billed?
₹499 per paired screen per month, billed monthly in rupees with a GST invoice. Add or remove screens at any time and the next bill adjusts.
What happens to my content when I upgrade?
Nothing changes. Your playlists, channels, schedules and screens carry over, and new limits apply immediately.
What hardware do I need?
An Android TV, Google TV or Fire TV device, a Windows mini-PC, or a browser on the screen itself. Our hardware partners can supply and install players and displays if you need them.
Does content keep playing if the internet drops?
Yes. Players cache content locally and keep playing the last published schedule, then sync when the connection returns.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Downgrade to Free or close your account from billing settings. There is no lock-in on Growth.
